xxx111 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Player Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xxx111 platform — including the website at xxx111.ws, any associated mobile interface, or any gaming products offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the xxx111 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and xxx111. xxx111 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited. Where we have reason to believe underage gambling may be occurring, we will report the matter to the relevant authority.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on xxx111. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances including any bonus funds.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.

• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

If any of your details change — including your mobile number or payment details — you must update your account immediately. xxx111 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment delays resulting from inaccurate account information.

xxx111 reserves the right to refuse any registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a registration is fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxx111 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

xxx111 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any communication outside of the secure login page. Any communication purporting to be from xxx111 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@xxx111.ws immediately.

• All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account while you are logged in are your responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally.
• You must notify xxx111 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• xxx111 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available from your account security settings.
• Do not access your xxx111 account on shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on xxx111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet instant transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet instant transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• IBFT – interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for card and IBFT transactions. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xxx111, though individual payment channels may have their own daily limits which are beyond xxx111's control.

Deposits are credited to your xxx111 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment channel. xxx111 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees — please check your provider's terms before depositing.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted to xxx111 are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no processing fee charged by xxx111 on withdrawals.

Processing timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Within 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• IBFT: Within 2–4 hours during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT).
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

xxx111 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if an account has not undergone full KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively from their account settings to avoid any delays when a withdrawal is requested.

Winnings arising from bonus funds are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Real money balances — funds deposited directly by the player — are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all promotions on xxx111:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a single, verified account and who have not been flagged for bonus abuse on any previous account.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once, even if an account is closed and a new one is opened.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page. The default wagering requirement on xxx111 bonus funds is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are consumed after real money balance reaches zero. Both balances are displayed separately in your account wallet.
• xxx111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of any change will not be disadvantaged by that change.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on xxx111 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation screen is displayed and a bet ID is assigned. It is the player's responsibility to check the confirmation before leaving the bet slip page.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the odds page. xxx111 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
• Odds changes: xxx111 may change odds at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds have changed between a player adding a selection to their slip and confirming the bet, the system will display the updated odds before allowing confirmation.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by xxx111 if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not meet the minimum time required to constitute a complete result under the applicable sporting body's rules. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's real money balance.
• Palpable errors: xxx111 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, players will be notified and the stake will be refunded.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the remaining selections still stand and the accumulator payout is recalculated accordingly.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. Any subsequent changes to an official result (including appeals) after xxx111 has settled the market will not be taken into account.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets in collusion with other players, including where related accounts are used to guarantee returns on opposite sides of the same market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or using xxx111 as a vehicle to transfer funds without legitimate gaming intent.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or xxx111's back-end systems.
• Posting abusive, threatening, or defamatory content in any communication channel connected to xxx111.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.

xxx111 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will provide account information where lawfully required to do so.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the xxx111 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xxx111 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any xxx111 content without written permission.
• Use the xxx111 brand name or logo in any context that could create confusion about your affiliation with xxx111.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any xxx111 software.
• Create derivative works based on xxx111's intellectual property.

11 Limitation of Liability

xxx111 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of odds and game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

xxx111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment system failures, or natural events.
